Background
Bill is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of MOTIV Partners, an early investor and senior advisor to systems change-making founders of first of their kind, high-impact and scalable investment funds and companies (e.g. MicroVest, Community Investment Management, Ecosystem Integrity Fund, Generate Capital, Cranemere, Devoted Health, Virta Health, ReGen Ventures, Ezra Climate, Curemark, etc). He supports the design and formation of conscious and aligned leadership teams, org design, culture, strategy, brand, cap table, and cultivates strategic ecosystems of stakeholders. He focuses on climate tech, climate fintech, regenerative food and ag, nature based solutions, healthcare, financial inclusion, and green and affordable real estate. Over the last two decades, Bill has guided founding teams on product market fit discovery journeys, and along their pathways of becoming category creating companies and leading platforms.
