Background
Dori is a seasoned Product and Organizational Design leader with nearly 10 years of experience working with clean energy startups. He ran product Management at Mosaic as it sought product/ market fit, and helped the core business grow from $0 to $1B in annual loan volume. He then went on to lead Org Design, developing the company's unique organizational culture while rapidly increasing its headcount 9 times over. Dori also served as the COO of New Energy Nexus, an organization that runs 15 accelerator programs for clean energy entrepreneurs in 7 countries.
Dori is an Unreasonable Mentor, and a leadership coach at UC Berkeley, Haas. He is trained in Somatic Psychotherapy which he uses in his one-on-one leadership development work with entrepreneurs. He is an investor and advisor to climate tech companies around the world.
