Background
Matt spent the decade prior to Ezra building and leading creative teams at IDEO where he co-founded IDEO CoLab, the firm’s platform for collaborative design between organizations. Matt’s purpose and passion in this work is to take on complex challenges like climate change using the tangibility and speed that prototypes and new ventures can bring to drive change.
Prior to IDEO, Matt held several product and technology leadership roles, mostly in financial services and fintech. Matt was CTO at CircleLending (acquired by Virgin), Co-Founder at Boston Logic (acquired by Providence Equity Partners), and led Product for several new offerings at Fidelity.
Outside of work, you’ll find Matt enjoying the New England outdoors with his wife and two kids, in his wood shop, or cooking meals with friends and family.
