Are a climate company deploying distributed hardware. We do not finance consulting or professional services firms, developers, pure-play software firms, or large industrials.
Sell or produce hardware that has proven collateral value. The technology needs to be proven, and have some theoretical resale value in the case of a default. Technology that is still in the R&D stage is typically outside of our scope.
Have over 1 year of runway, or meaningful progress on a current equity raise
Have demand for at least $5 of financing needed over the next 12 months. Companies with slower growth profiles are typically outside of our scope.
